At Hashiri Sushi we strive for our customers to enjoy our omotenashi culture through carefully crafted sushi, kaiseki-style a la carte and sake which incorporates the qualities and foods from each four season of the year. Starting from hashiri to shun and nagori, we hope our customers will feel right at home and enjoy their meal.
SUSHI
In Japanese “hashiri”, “shun” and “nagori” represents the different states of each season. “Hashiri”- the “first/ beginning” or each season, followed by “shun” - in season… the fine balance between hashiri and “nagori” - which represents the end of each season.
“Hashiri”: best known for it’s finely tuned balance of taste, aroma and texture. The freshness of the dishes come together in a beautiful harmony to one’s senses. Hashiri has been most appreciated as it effortlessly represents the beginning of each season through its many dishes.
At any season, we want our customers to experience our “Hashiri” ; and our skilled staffs strive for such excellence everyday.
