SUSHI

Greetings

In Japanese “hashiri”, “shun” and “nagori” represents the different states of each season.
“Hashiri”- the “first/ beginning” or each season, followed by “shun” - in season…
the fine balance between hashiri and “nagori” - which represents the end of each season.

“Hashiri”: best known for it’s finely tuned balance of taste, aroma and texture.
The freshness of the dishes come together in a beautiful harmony to one’s senses.
Hashiri has been most appreciated as it effortlessly represents the beginning of each season through its many dishes.

At any season, we want our customers to experience our “Hashiri” ;
and our skilled staffs strive for such excellence everyday.

Hideto Kokubo

-We sincerely look forward to serving you at Hashiri.

Jun Saito

-Please enjoy our delicious sushi.
